ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS

Scientists and Clinicians in the field of Reproductive Medicine are invited to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentation during the Congress.

Congress participants should place their abstracts via Congress ON-LINE REGISTRATION system for approval by Congress Organizing Committee.

The abstracts should be written in English and sent before August 1, 2010.

Scientific Committee decides whether the abstracts are accepted and in which form (oral or poster), taking into account author's wishes.

The reporting author should make sure that all of his or her co-authors know the content of the abstract submitted, before the actual submission. Only the abstracts of registered participants will be included in the Congress program and the Congress Works.

If you would like to participate in the Abstracts' Contest, on filling in the Registration form, please, type “Yes” in the section “I would like to participate in the Abstracts' Contest”.

The author presenting the abstract to the contest should be stated as the first author.

How to submit abstracts?
To submit the abstracts you must be registered on the Congress' site.
If you are a registered participant, enter your Personal page, using your Login and Password, received on completing the Congress' Registration and click "Abstract submission".

Before submitting your abstracts prepare the following information:
-the representation's author (contact information);
-the information about each author: department, organization/hospital, city/town, country, contact information;
-the report's title (max. 15 words);
-the author's surname, name, patronymic. The presenter's surname should be entered first.
-the abstract's text.

The abstract's content

  • The introduction, pointing the work's actuality;
  • the aim of research;
  • the material and methods of research;
  • the receiving materials, their discussion and deductions (conclusions).

It's allowed to use abbreviations, that are to be decoded at the first mention.

The main abstracts' requirements:
1. The astract's title must contain not more than 200 symbols, including the gaps.
2. The abstract's amount must not exceed 1 page the format A4, including all pictures and the list of literature.
3. The headline, author, organizations must be entered separately from the main abstract theses. In the abstract text this information must not be mentioned. It will automatically be added using the information you entered seperately in the other fields.
4. The abstract's text must be created in Microsoft Word 97-2003 format(*.doc or *.rtf).
5. Please use Times New Roman, 12 pt font; and one line spacing.
6. Don't use underlining, thick type, italic type, capital letters.
7. Set up the abstract's text without indention.
8. The authors should choose the preferred type of presentation between the oral and a poster communication, but the Scienitific Committee has the deciding vote.

 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

PLEASE, NOTE:
- on submitting your abstracts' texts (MS Word file), make sure only text information is contained in it. Don't enter the abstract's title, information about the author, etc. The ON-LINE REGISTRATION system makes the abstracts' title automatically using the information provided in other obligatory fields;
- after you press the "Submit" button, you'll not be able to make changes into the submitted text and can only delete the incorrect abstract and repeat the procedure of the On-line abstract submission again;
- the obligatory fields are marked with asterix (*);
- don't upload the same abstracts several times.

ABSTRACT PUBLICATION

Abstracts accepted to the Congress will be published in RBM Online Journal.
