Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation before 1 August 2010 – refunds will be issued fully;
• Cancellation after 1 August 2010 and before 12 September 2010 – 70% of prepayment will be deducted;
• Cancellation after 12 September 2010 – 100% of prepayment will be deducted.

All the refunds are processed after the Congress with a minus of bank charges and overheads.
