If you come to Moscow by air, you will arrive to one of three major Moscow airports – Vnukovo International Airport, Domodedovo International Airport or Sheremetyevo International Airport.

HOW TO GET TO MOSCOW

Monomax Technical Secretariat would like to offer you transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. To make an order for the transfer service you need to fill in corresponding boxes in the transfer reservation section via ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM on the official website of WARM-2010.

Transfer includes:

• Meeting at the airport/railway station with the sign with the Name of the participant or the name of the Congress;
• Expectation of the participant for at least 1,5 hours after the arrival of the flight.

Deadline for transfers booking and payment – 10th of September, 2010

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation before 10th of September, 2010 – no penalty, after 10th of September, 2010 - 100% penalty.

All the refunds are processed after the Congress with a minus of bank charges and overheads.

Except transfers referred above you can order up minibuses, business and VIP-class vehicles upon request to the Technical Secretariat. If you need a special arrangement for your transfer please forward your request to: warm2010@onlinereg.ru

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The most convenient way to get to Moscow from any of three major Moscow airports is to take the direct aero express trains. In 40-50 minutes you will reach the city center. The fare is 250 RUR (approx. €5,5).

Vnukovo Aeroexpress arrives to Kievsky Train Station and metro station Kievskaya	Departs every hour starting from 7 a.m. till 12 a.m.
Domodedovo Aeroexpress arrives to Paveletsky Train Station and metro station  Paveletskaya	Timetable will be announced later
Sheremetyevo Aeroexpress arrives to Belorussky Train Station and metro station Belorusskaya	Timetable will be announced later

You may also choose to take express buses or shuttles that leave from the airports every 15 minutes.
